  17. <p>     It's never too early to plan for those retirement years,
  18. and GEORGE BUSH seems to be taking that maxim to heart. The
  19. President has quietly bought a lot in suburban Houston, taking
  20. advantage of the soft Texas real estate market to find a spot
  21. to build a post-presidency residence that's close to his old
  22. friends in the oil industry. The Bushes will spend eight months
  23. of the year there while continuing to pass the summer season in
  24. Kennebunkport.
